3-Year Old Frog Class
In this class, the "Frogs" learn to recognize letters, numbers, colors and
shapes. They also learn to recognize their names and begin to try to
write their names. They follow a curriculum which encompasses holidays
and other themes that are age appropriate. They learn songs and poems
that support these themes as well as art projects.
4-Year Old Preschool Class
In the "Lion" class we prepare your child to transition to
kindergarten.They also follow a curriculum which includes
holidays and otherthemes,songs, poems and art. They also do
workbooks that focus on reading andmath readiness. They
learn Zoophonics which teaches letter recognitionand sounds.
We do have a small graduation ceremony, in June, for all
children going to kindergarten in September. W
Both our 3 and 4 year olds take naps or rest during the
afternoon. Your child is welcome to bring a blanket for nap time.
They are provided 2 snacks,one in the morning and another in
the afternoon, and lunch. They are always welcome to bring
their own food for snacks or lunch.
